Fillable potion wands

All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 14 business days for your items to be created before dispatch. One mum hand makes everything you see with love and care.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note that bulk orders, including party favours, event packs, childcare orders, and wholesale purchases, may require additional production time. If your order is affected, we'll contact you with an estimated dispatch timeframe.

While we take great care in packaging every order, once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch—we're always happy to help. Courier has authority to leave items. Our magical play are not responsible for item once it has been marked delivered by couriers.

As each item is lovingly handmade to order, I am unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, your happiness is important to me. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and I'll always do my best to find a solution and make things right.

Age 3+. Adult supervision required. Small parts choking risk. All of our products are handmade and unique so colours may vary. minor imperfections that add to its handmade charm.

These items are made to order with a turn around time of 2 weeks. Our aim is to deliver quicker, however, we are a one woman show and that woman wears many hats - one of which is 'Mum' to two tiny humans. So running on caffeine and 3 hours sleep is the norm. Please be patient. As always, if its a rush order for a gift or party then email/message me on social media. I will do my utmost to get it to you in time.

3D printed items: BSM printing have a 2-3 week turn around time. Please contact us if you need to expedite your item and i can follow this up. Another one woman show who always aims to be as efficient as possible.

Shipping: All parts of your order will ship together. This means if an item is being made to order, all other items you have ordered will not be sent until this item is ready.

By selecting delivery you acknowledge a third party will post your item and has authority to leave package. Once the item has been dropped at the delivery address Our Magical Play accepts no reaponsibility for the parcel. By placing your order you acknowlege and agree to these terms.
