All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for your items to be created before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).
Please note that bulk orders, including party favours, event packs, childcare orders, and wholesale purchases, may require additional production time. If your order is affected, we'll contact you with an estimated dispatch timeframe.
