All of our products are handmade to order, so please allow 14 business days for your items to be created before dispatch. One mum hand makes everything you see with love and care.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).
Please note that bulk orders, including party favours, event packs, childcare orders, and wholesale purchases, may require additional production time. If your order is affected, we'll contact you with an estimated dispatch timeframe.
While we take great care in packaging every order, once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. If you have any questions about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch—we're always happy to help. Courier has authority to leave items. Our magical play are not responsible for item once it has been marked delivered by couriers.
